Return Policy
At BA Trade Mart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from returns, including opened software, customized or personalized products, items marked as final sale, and products with removed serial numbers or UPC codes.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@batrademart.com or call +1 307 381 5192. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
